The steps we have taken around Coronavirus

In light of the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in 2019, we have taken steps to protect our staff, suppliers, partners and customers. We continue to closely monitor the advice provided by Public Heath bodies and have undertaken a review of both our operational practices as well as our Business Resilience Plan in order to reduce the risk to our staff and customers from this highly contagious infection and ensure business continuity.

On-Site Field Engineers

We have introduced additional hygiene protocols for our engineers which includes:

• Telephone call from the engineer prior to arriving at your office
• Self sanitation prior to entering your office
• Wiping the device surfaces when commencing and completing work on the device(s)
• Self sanitation after leaving your office
